i've made this a few times now, i cut the dough in 12 pieces to form individual mini-pizzas and i bake them ahead of time and then toss them in ziplock bags to make my own mini pizza at work (5 mins with toppings in toaster oven).
The calorie count is nt accurate for this dish, The majority of calories is derived form the red wine syrup which you dont eat. The calories in this dish are more around the range.
This is a very filling complete dinner that is easy to make and it is all done in one skillet so there is less dishes too. I use my electric fry pan because of the larger size.
This makes 20 large meatballs, perfect to serve with spaghetti and sauce or for sub sandwiches. Serving = 2 meatballs.

easy and good great I like mine very thin so will make the dough and cut in half

then add 3 and 1/4 cups flour, 5 tablespoons oil, salt 1 tsp mix well
let rise and then punch down after it doubles and let it do it again
