Watermelon and Feta Salad
Watermelon is a taste of summer! Make it a wonderful salad or side dish by adding delicious feta, and some beautiful, fresh mint. Red wine vinegar gives it that tang, but you could use rice wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar, or even balsamic vinegar. Delicious.
