This pizza is for those of us that love pizza, but not the guilt that comes with it...
I just threw this together because I had all the ingredients on hand and it tastes AMAZING. I seriously am impressed with myself for this one. Tons of great flavor, fiber and protein. There are a few ingredients you may not have used before, probably the crumbles and the fiber gourmet pasta. You can get the crumbles at most super markets and I order the Fiber Gourmet pasta from Amazon.com or directly from their website. The pasta is incredible and only 130 calories per serving as opposed to the standard 210. If you want to reduce the sodium, just use low sodium tomato sauce and omit the salt.
