This is a great low carb recipe I found at Wegmans. They already had the zucchini prepared fresh as spaghetti or you can do it yourself. The total amount of zucchini I used (454g) is 1lb, about 2 and 1/3 medium zucchinis. The Marinara sauce is a locally manufactured sauce that has 60 calories and 4g of carb per 1/2 cup. 1 1/2 LBS LEAN GROUND BEEF
1 TSP RED PEPPER FLAKES
1 MED ONION
3 CLOVES GARLIC
3/4 C CRISPY FRIED BACON BITS
10 C WATER
6 BOUILLON CUBES
2 C UNSALTED TOMATO JUICE
1 12 OZ CAN GREEN BEANS
1 SMALL CROWN BROCCOLI
1/2 TSP CHICAGO STEAK SEASONING MIX

This cake is grain-free and uses sweetners other than sugar. I prefer to use a combination of sweetners which by doing so makes them blend right in as if they were sugar.
This stir fry tastes really great--but gets its flavor without using any nightshades. I made this recipe grain-free for my tracker, but if your allergies and diet allow grains you can serve this over chow mein, rice, or zoodles--or eat it like this from a bowl.
