I've adapted this recipe from Bear Medicine Herbals. So far it's the best tasting wheat free flax bread recipe that I've tried. Since there's no gluten to speak of, the dough will be more like a cake batter consistency, but it bakes up to be a nice, if soft bread.
Add poppyseeds for poppyseed pound cake. Rich, moist, delicious!
