High Protein, lower carbs, as needed by those trying to build or maintain muscle while losing fat,, such as weightlifter/bodybuilder type exercisers. Obviously, those who are not interested in as much protein can adjust the amount of chicken, but must then weigh and recalculate.
Also, shrimp may be substituted, just chop them into equal size pieces too. One can alse add whole waterchestnuts cut into quaters if desired.
Serve over brown rice - but no more than one cup!
Personally, I prefer a ratio of 1 cup Kung Pao Chicken to 1/2 cup Brown Rice.

No ice cream maker necessary! This is best made in a Ninja Master Prep Quad Blade Food & Drink Maker (bought mine on QVC, but have seen them in SAMS and other retail outlets). A friend tried it in a blender and had success as well.

Helpfull Tip!!! After beans are cooked it is alot easier to use slow cooker.

Quick and very tasty. Good on eggs, chicken, fish, and probably even steak!
I grew up eating ceviche every other weekend in El Salvador's pacific coast during weekend getaways or enjoyed it at family gatherings. Since moving to Canada, the only time I ate ceviche was at Peruvian or Ecuadorian restaurants. Now that my body demands high protein meals, it's come alive in my kitchen and I am loving every spoon full! I hope you enjoy it!

Low-Carb (only 4 net carbs!) 'pudding'. Swap out the blueberries and add in nut butter, coconut, or other mix-ins! Can also put a bit of cream on top! Makes a nice substitute for oatmeal / cream of wheat.
