this is a great high protein meal in less than 30 minutes....tastes like to spent the whole afternoon slaving in the kitchen! Serve it over some whole wheat pasta
This is a great recipe to use up left over roast. As written, it is one serving. I generally make 4 (2 for me, 2 for my husband) and serve with a green salad. A great light dinner or filling lunch

Very simple recipe that can be served any time as an appetizer, main dish or even for brunch!
One of the easiest and quickest deserts ever. Also very easy to adjust for your personal needs. Can make with Splenda or Sugar, whipped cream (light, heavy, can or home-whipped)...a perfect light touch on a cool night.

This is a low carb high protein cookie that I revise every time I make them. I used as many organic ingrediants as I can find. This recipe lends itself to experimentation, change ingrediants if you like. I sometimes use a vanilla protein shake and use powdered or liquid. It is a great way to use up a protein shake you don't like. Also, being diabetic I use low carb protein shakes. I sometimes use almond meal if I am low on soy flour.
A little spicy kick to your morning routine! Heat the eggs and top with a cool wedge of Laughing Cow light!
