Ingredients

    Broccoli
    Sliced Onions
    Sliced mushrooms
    low fat turkey ham sliced
    minced garlic
    oregano
    salt & pepper
    a bit of white sauce
    low fat cheese

Directions

To be totally honest i dont know the measurements of this recipe i just filled my cassarole dish and added the amounts i was happy with so basically the bottom of the dish must have a double layer of broccoli, and there must be enough sliced onions and mushrooms to top up.

first : defrost broccoli,
fry mushrooms and onions in a little oil for 3 mins then add the broccoli and fry for another 3 mins.
second: add these to the casserole dish, dab on a little minced garlic and cover wit a layer of chopped turkey ham slices.
third: pour a little white sauce over this and cover with breadcrumbs
fourth: grate the cheese on top, sprinkle more breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and oregano.
fifth: MICROWAVE-OVEN on 750 degrees for five minutes or until cheese is golden brown
