It has unsweetened applesauce so is not fully sugar free. This makes a dense, moist, almost fudge like cake, so if you want something fluffier use 1/4 cup margarine and 1/4 applesauce.
A nice, creamy frozen yogurt. Tastes great - even my anti-artificial sweeteners husband likes it! It gets too hard to scoop if I save leftovers in my freezer, but I freeze it in an ice cube tray (silicone baking cups would be excellent, too) and it makes a great, quick base for a fruit and yogurt smoothie!
This recipe is so good and filling that sometimes I will make a meal off of 2 mushrooms. This is also very flexible for substituting ingredients. Instead of mushrooms, I have used the baby bell peppers halved lengthwise, removing seeds. I also plan to try it subbing crab meat for the sausage. I think it will be another winner!
Don't let the long lists of instructions and length of prep/cooking time scare you away! Yogurt is one of the easiest things to make once you get the hang of it and it doesn't take long before you won't even have to look at the recipe. You don't need any special equipment plus, making it yourself saves you $$ over purchasing it at the store. I hope you will try it!
This recipe is by QUEENREYNEY from allrecipes.com. I found it while searching for a low carb treat we could have with celery or romaine leaves. I thought I would have to make changes to adapt to low carb but was so happy to realize none were needed and it is terrific!
I converted a favorite recipe and it makes a great, very yummy, breakfast or snack on my low carb diet! Only 2.6 net carbs per muffin!

Eat this in two portions with 1/2 the Parmesan cheese sprinkled on each or divide into 4 meals as a topper for whole wheat pasta.
This a fresh and quick lunch or dinner. The nutritional information does not include the salad or topping.
A creamy, easy to prepare dip that fits perfectly into the old Tupperware jello mold. Needs to be made the evening before, and sit overnight to mingle the flavors.
I use the Starkist Tuna in the pouch, as is, and add the other ingredients to it. I make sure that it is mashed up pretty well, so that it spreads evenly.
This provides a great base for any kind of cookies you want to make low calorie. I have added a tablespoon of peanut butter to make peanut butter cookies & 2 tablespoons of chocolate chips to make chocolate chip cookies. Cookies have a "cakey" texture. (Don't forget to add in calories for whatever you add to them).
