This is my guess for the ingredients & quantities in the La Casbah pre-prepared Tli Tli Salad
A great lunch food. Even my picky sport suns love this for before or after a game. It does not laden the stomach down.
I made this as an alternative to my pork and beef-based chili. I eye ball alot so some quantities are approximate.
You could use any type of cheese or veggies you prefer with this recipe and it will still taste great
This is a healthy pizza with lots of vegetables and less of the fat and sodium.
Feel free to substitute parmesan for the gorgonzola, if you don't like stinky cheese, or omit it altogether for a vegan dish. You can use olive oil in place of truffle oil as well.
Even though this has more fat than one would expect in a salad, it's omega 3 fat, which is so good for you.
