This is a great vegetarian meal, I can only eat a very small mount and I am full. I put in less salt.

This is your very basic stir fry with just broccoli, shrimp and onions.
The amounts are estimated, but this is a really good veggie sandwich sans cheese. I'm not a mustard person, so I use very little, and it didn't actually measure the mayo. I just made sure they were mixed together. If you're not a mushroom person, try black olives. They add to the flavor as well. It's also INCREDIBLY filling!
I used left over beef from a very lean rump roast, juice included. I added about 4 oz of lean beef brisket to make it a little drier. NO MAYONNAISE helps this to be a great tasting healthy and lean summer item.

basic turkey soup, I add my noodles or rice when I serve so I can control the amount of carbs
I could reduce the fat with low fat mayo or greek yogurt and leave out the egg yolks , which I do but this is the full fat recipe, which I only have occasionally, mostly the lower fat version. I add the eggs for the extra protein.
