A simple Tuscan soup inspired by traditional recipes. This soup can be easily customized to include your favorite veggies or whatever you have on hand!
Toast slices of bread. Thinly slice avocado and distribute onto each slice, covering completely. (Use 1/2 avocado per slice.) Thinly slice strawberries and place on top of avocado layer (2 strawberries per slice). Serves 2
