I am loving this machine. I made a quick soup with some grilled chicken, potatoes I cooked in my microwave bag and some evaporated milk and canned chicken broth.
We use fresh lemon juice to add flavor but rebuce the amount of mayo used!

A delicious lite chicken salad great on a bed of lettuce enjoyed with friends.
This recipe is great as leftovers, too. I prefer it the next day, reheated in the microwave.
