Stir Fried Greens with Oyster Sauce
Great quick healthy dish, leave out the noodles if you want to save on carbs. I also add prawns to the dish now and again. Please note i haven't added the noodles into the total calories so you would need to add these as an extra.

Delicous strawberry banana smoothie with added Nutrilite soy protein powder. The combination of the protein powder and banana are perfect, you can't taste the protein. Any fruit can be substituted for the strawberries.
