This was a "clean out the fridge" kind of meal for me. Turned out much better than I anticipated! Super tasty, albeit not the healthiest of meals.
I couldn't find prime rib on the food index while tracking my food, so I thought I'd add my recipe. This makes a nice special meal for family or friends. I'm also going to add a recipe for Horseradish dip for prime rib.
Very easy to make, cheap too. I made this a lot as a student and still make it today for the protein and especially the flavor! You could certainly add salt if you prefer the flavor.
This recipe is from Mr. Breakfast. It said that it makes one serving but it equaled 587.4 cal so I split it.
the recipie above is for one small thin pizza - i do it this way because my o/h doesn't like vegetables on his pizza. this way I can have a healthy pizza without the guilt
