This recipe came from the Light & Fluffy noodle package. It's delicious and tender when prepared according to the directions. I always thought it was healthy, but now I KNOW it is. I often substitute broth for the water and bouillon. Also, don't be intimidated by the long cooking time; an hour of it is non-active. If your meat is cut larger, allow a bit longer for it to get tender. Also, this tastes great if you omit the can of tomatoes too!
