This is an easy, very yummy lasagna. I tend to use fresh pasta in place of the need-to-be-boiled noodles but this is equally as good!

The way my mom always made them! Also, she adds a pound of ground pork too (double all the rest of the ingredients), but I kept it out to lower the fat. We like BIG flavor, but you can omit either the minced garlic or garlic powder if it's not for you. And don't omit the water, it really makes the meat more tender!
This is a simple Pork (though Chicken can be substitued) meal that can be eaten on its own or used as a topping to pasta or rice. It is low in sodium and high in Vitamin C and Potassium. Adjust seasoning to taste.

Lower in many baddies and added goodies. About 1/3 the carbs. The onions become sweet when cooked and replace the classic oatmeal. I love all the seasonings that gives it the real meaty flavor.
Shredded cabbage stir fried with 93% ground beef, zucchini and portabella mushrooms. A sauce made of soy sauce, ginger and raw sugar.
