This is the basic traditional Masala that I bottle and keep for making Fish Curries.Grinding this fresh everyday is too tiresome so I make this in bulk these days and keep.This has a long shelf life but I prefer to keep it in the Refrigerator as this keeps the flavours fresh.

I made this for lunch one day and it was really good. I served it over brown rice. The Shrimp could be substituted with other meats or it can be served vegetarian with no meat at all..
This is a lower fat higher fiber version of a dish I grew up with. It is very creamy and tastes pretty great.
I made this stuff for a Lenten Friday lunch. It is really good stuff. The horseradish sauce gives it just the right amount of creaminess without adding too many calories. The shrimp and pasta could be doubled for two servings, but I made this as a one pan lunch with lots of veggies.
