1. Drain and rinse canned salmon.
2. Place it in a clean bowl and flake it.
3. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix.
4. Divide into 3 "loaves."
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

I modified a terrific Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia recipe that I had found from AllRecipes for the HCG diet. The Grassini coating on the fish has a great crunchy texture and the sambal olek wet rub gives it a surprise kick.
