My family loves Asian food, and I'm always looking for ways to sneak their veggies into good tasting food.
I boost up the flavor of this dish by using sesame oil to saute the veggies in and by using fresh garlic and ginger this dish really comes to life.
My mother's been making this since we were kids as a non-fishy way to get us to eat fish. Very tasty and you can play around with the spices added to change the flavor
Also if you use aluminum foil there's no pans to wash!
This is a wonderful dish that is light and healthy. And very fun to make especially if you are a bit of a fire bug :) It uses ouzo which is an anise flavored liquor from Greece and can be found at any liquor store.
This is a sweet salmon dish that I created on a whim one night when i just DID NOT want to order anymore pizza!
The carrots and onions keep the salmon moist, the lemon and dill give great flavor. Practically impossible to overcook, fish will not dry out.

I found a version of this on the Internet after tasting a butter laden version as a sample at the grocery store. I used all dill but think next time I will use 1/2 dill and 1/2 parsley.
This is a great sandwich filling, salad topper, or simply spread it on some multi grain crackers. I like to make it in batches and portion it out so it's easy to grab and go from the fridge.
