This is my favorite way to make tuna salad. It goes best on whole wheat crackers (my favorite brand is Bretons, which are about 80 calories for 3 crackers). But it also goes very well with slices of apple or wrapped in lettuce. VERY filling, and packed with energy.

If you have bought or picked slightly underripe watermelon, this is the perfect way to use it. Ripe melon works too. Watermelon is a squash & it tastes lovely when simmered in white cooking wine.
