Mussels in White Wine (Moules Marinieres)
A healthier version than the traditional French recipe. Uses olive oil (instead of butter) and corn starch to thicken (instead of eggs).
Tuna Salad
Mix together tuna (Drained), Mayo and relish. Spread 3 Tbsp of mixture on bread or mound on lettuce or tomatoes.
