If you enjoy Arabic stuffed cabbage then you very well may like this recipe. I used lean ground bison (buffalo) instead of using ground lamb or ground beef.
This is similar to a borscht, but is super quick and easy, much lower in fat, and somewhat milder for those who are not so keen on beets.
Party/potluck size recipe. This is not a reduced fat version, but I have a large extended family that uses this recipe all the time and I needed to know how much fat and calories I am consuming when I eat it. I will add an alternative version later.
