Started trying to make my own, less sugary and decaffeinated peach tea and I came up with this one. Has a nice peach flavor that isn't too overwhelming and just enough sweet to get rid of any bitterness from the tea.

Home brewed sweet tea. I use 1.5 cups of sugar for every gallon.
This is my adaptation of a traditional Greek dish. Took out eggplant and substituted carrots. bell pepper, and sweet potato.
This can be as crispy as you want them. I like mine browned but not dry.Try not to over bake them.This are way better for you than frying them.
