This recipe is a guesstimate. I prepared the my meatloaf on a broiler pan, the potatoes cooked under them in the pan. I assuming about 1/2 a cup of juice came from the meatloaf. Meat juice estimate is included in nutritional information, but not in ingredients list.

These muffins are not too sweet, high in fiber, and practically fat free. For those counting WW PointsPlus, they are two points. If you like a sweeter muffin, you may consider increasing the sugar or adding packets of your favorite sweetener.
