This is a recipe that I found on Gimme Some Oven (http://www.gimmesomeoven.com/trail-mix-en
ergy-bites/) and I wanted to calculate the calories. I made a few changes from the original recipe: the big one is using sf chocolate chips.
You make up this batch in a HUGE container. The container can stay in the fridge for up to 6 weeks. Each day, you simply make the number of muffins you need - so you always have them hot & fresh.
I just threw together some ingredients to try to make a chocolate/coffee brownie. Turned out more like cake, but still yummy. Only sprinkle a little baking soda in, or it will taste like it.
This is a copy cat recipe to Full Bars. Eat one bar with 16 ounces of water prior to meals to feel full and eat less.
I love this on crackers with a salad. I also use on a sandwhich instead of mayo. Also great on a steak. Many uses.
