So, I adapted a recipe from Better Homes and Garden called Pesto Lasagna Pie. After it was all said and done, I felt a lot of calories were added through the pesto without that much contribution to the flavor profile. So, this is what I thought would be tastier and a lot healthier. Oh yeah, did I mention I didn't think the first lasagna had enough tomato?
I kept seeing mini tacos made in wonton wrappers. I thought, hmmm, I wonder if I could do the same for pizzas. Here's how it worked.
A delicious combination that will satisfy any sweet tooth. Easier than gnache to make but just as delightful....it's sinful so be careful and eat only one or two.
If you like hot and spicy this ones for you! Even if you don't, you can adjust all ingredients to your family's likeing! Very filling and comforting, espeically on a cold night, :).

"Souvlaki" refers to a meat dish that's cooked on a skewer. I don't like using skewers, but I still call this Souvlaki because everything else is authentic.
I absolutely love spinach and artichoke dip, it's one of my restaurant favorites so I knew I had to make a lighter version. I successfully made a really good version of it that everyone devoured!
