I just decided to throw a bunch of things together and it came out pretty well so I thought I'd share it with you!

Fresh picked bb pie - crust made with a stick of Crisco, .25cups sugar, 2.5cups flour. Filling has 7cups bb, 1cup sugar, 3/4cup flour. I divided pie into 7 large servings-Calories maybe over stated but better over, than under.
Combine all ingredients in blender and add a dash of water until mixture becomes combined. Roll into small balls and coat with some remaining oat bran. Chill in refridgerater. Can also be stored in freezer!

Personally anything that tastes too eggy I found very unpleasant, So imagine my surprise when I came across this recipe online. Albeit I love cauliflower, as you know it pick ups the flavor of whatever flavor you add into the mix with, so I was worried it would taste too eggyis. So I made a few changes, and voila, this cauliflower tortillas definitely hits all of those notes. They come out beautiful golden, warm and soft beauty out of the pan from browning. It actually looked like a tradition soft tortilla. You can eliminate the whole wheat flour if you want a paleo, gran free, gluten free tortilla :)
