Finally got something that tastes good to me. I put it on a spring salad with yellow cherry tomatoes and sunflower seeds tonight. For me it's a keeper.

A delicious light and refreshing summer salad. Great for picnics as it doesn't need to be kept cold. Serve with topped with feta cheese to complete the flavors. Makes eleven one cup servings.
