I have been told I make the best guacamole, I hope others can replicate my success. The spice amounts may not be completely accurate I've made it so many times I never measure anymore.
I make this once a week and store in glad 8 cup rectangular container.

Hey All!!! I love trying different salads. This recipe is quick and tastes wonderful. Please do try it and I am sure you will love it. Its light and also very nutritious. It is good in Calcium, dietary fiber, iron, potassium, Vitamin A, E & C. It has almost all nutrients which are necessary for us.
Fresh summery salad, without the bulk, and has a decent amount of protein, iron, and water-rich vegetables to keep you active for a few hours. As well, there is a mix of flavors and textures to entice your palate.
I try to keep a big bowl of this in the fridge all the time, so I can't use the excuse that I'm too lazy- uh, I mean tired- to throw together a salad. Just add on your favorite toppings and dressing and it's ready to go!

Using all light ingredients and almond milk make this low-cal. I don't recommend using fat-free versions of ingredients. You loose the creaminess. Afterall, that's what dressing is supposed to be!
