Preheat Oven 400
slice zucchini and put in zip lock bag with olive oil, sea salt, garlic salt and italian style cheese (shredded). close bag and toss zucchini around to be sure each piece has olive oil and cheese. Please in oblong baking pan or cookie sheet. Mix about 2/3 cup of bisquick with garlic salt and sea salt. With spoon or fingers, put a little of the dry mixture on top of each zucchini. Bake 15 min. Cook to golden brown tops. If not the color, leave in oven (turned off) for a few more mines.
An old family favourite. A nice addition to any meal, especially on a picnic. High in fibre.
