Way of making the awesome, high protein yogurt a little sweeter with (virtually) no extra calories
This is a yummy Hummus. It is very easy to make from dried beans using a crock pot and the caramelized onion adds a nice sweetness.
Great for an appetizer w/ Tostito Baked Scoops or as an easy side to keep in the fridge. Can leave out garbanzo beans if you prefer and have some friends who add in cilantro. All are good! :)
Mix 1st 3 ingredients together. Put in freezer for 10-15 minutes to firm up. Make 16 balls with cookie scoop.Place in refrigerator for 5 minutes Melt chips. Dip balls in chocolate
Melt chocolate & butter, divide half of chocolate into 10 small cupcake papers. Mix other ingredients together, microwave so it is easier to pour. Divide into 10 cups. Pour remaining chocolate over 10 cups.
