I saw this recipe on here, but changed the prep a little so I added. Thank you for whoever posted it! I just love it!!
Oh, this turned out so good! It did take a couple of extra steps, but it was worth it. Maybe you know another way, but this is how I did it. I didn't have to worry about souring the yogurt.
If you try different flavors, make sure to pay attention to calories. Each flavor is different!!

ubsitute 1/3 c egg whites and 1 egg instead of 3 eggs
used 1/2 c macademia nut butter
used 1/2c pumpkin and 1/2 medium banana instead of 1c pumpkin
added 1/2c water instead of 1/4c water
used 3tbsp coconut flour instead of ground flax
This is a buttery tasting popcorn because of the coconut oil. This is a great way to stay at 106.0 cals and get enough popcorn for the whole movie! 4.25 cups popped!

These Stix bars taste very similar, better actually, but contain much more natural ingredients. Similar to the store-bought variety, they contain 3 layers: shortbread cookie, caramel, and chocolate. But, nothing artificial, no additives, and no refined sugars. Just pure YUM!
