This is good for shish-ka-bobs or other type of marinade. We always use it with beef but I think it would also taste good with chicken.
This is a simple marinade to dress up boring chicken. I have used it with flat iron steaks before, and this made them taste great as well.
This marinade will make enough for about 1 - 1/2 pounds uncooked meat
I needed a good marinade for our steaks. Me and my husband love BBQ, so I came up with this recipe.
Great Marinade for London Broil
Simple marinade for beef, chicken, lamb or pork.
This is for the cooking liquid only -- does not include the roast.
Serve with sticky rice or egg noodles. Add the beef to your favorite stir-fry veggies (peppers, onions, etc.).
No oil needed!
Use to marine beef to grill or broil
Sweet, salty, woody, with a nice kick. Simple to make, thin enough to penetrate the beef reasonably quickly.
This spicy marinade is almost too hot for me. The flavor doesn't over power the flavor of the beef. Some might think I'm a wimp, Am I?
From Loren Cordain's The Real Paleo Cookbook. He uses it for 1.5 lbs of sirloin steak. We love it on flap steak, and find it makes enough for a 2 to 2.5 lb steak
