Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Calorie count doesn't include the bulgar wheat. So its actually about 180 calories
The nutrition list is missing the bulgar...this will change the numbers quite a bit!
I made it without the oil at all - tasted just as good and saves calories!
This is the delicious tabouli recipe from the Moosewood Cookbook. HOWEVER-- the calorie counts are too low! Bulgar wheat isn't entered into the "ingredients" list! This adds an additional 78 calories. Serving size = a scant cup, btw.
I have always like tabouli and was delighted to find this healthier--lower fat, lower sodium--version that is still tasty.
