i make it with 1 tsp of stevia in place of sugar, greek yogurt with tbsp or so of low fat milk making it easier to stir with dry ingredients and dill, chives or whatever herb i have on hand and used a greased muffin tin.tasty, healthy and low sugar cornbread to have with lunch salad.:)tnx!
