Wow! Great recipe. I didn't have any measurements for the marinate. I used 2 tablespoons each of honey, lemon juice (I didn't have any lime juice.), and canola oil. I only used 1 tablespoon of soy sauce because of the sodium. I used 1/4 tsp of powdered ginger.hope this helps someone.
