Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

After reading some of the comments, I did include additional fluids. I used 98% fat free cream of chicken soup but would probably use chicken broth in the future. I also opted to substitute squash for the suggested potatoes. Great, peppery flavor and the chicken was tender and juicy.
