It is delicious. However I do not know how the nutritional info was calculated. I did mine with Jello Sugar Free Chocolate which list it as 35 cal x 6=210 calories, a tub of 8 oz. Cool Whip Free has 25 servings at 15 calories a piece= 375 calories, and milk had 300 calories added = 885/6=147.5 serv.
This really fulfilled my chocolate craving! I added 3 packsof the 100 calorie oreo wafers to make it a sort of cookies and cream - it upped it to 100 calories total per serving, but it was so worth it!
