Making this shake is so easy. I used the chocolate protein powder, but I left the ice cream out. This was my first time using whey protein ever and I was delightfully surprised that it taste really great.!
I like the strawberry protein powder, leave out the ice cream, but add sugar free strawberry preserves. Yummy!!
