Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

As trying to use up frozen zuchinni, had to strain out the liquid after thawing. As another member suggested, lowered the sugar. The muffins were a bit dry, so not sure if it was the less sugar or frozen zuchinni. Next time will use all the sugar but still have lots of frozen zuchinni!
i did not find these too sweet, but may try to cut back a little on the sugar anyway. I am also going to add walnut and possibly raisins to my next batch (my husband loves raisins!) I found these very moist and delicious and one satisfied me for a lunch.
This was good, very moist, but way too sweet. Next time I make it I will use half the amount of sugar.
