This was a real treat! I made it according to the recipe, except I added a little bit of black pepper with the salt. The potatoes came out nice and light and fluffy, with a bit of zip to them. They're my husband's new favourite, and he's not even trying to lose weight!
This sounds soooo good. I want mashed potatoes so badly, you have no idea. I think I'll substitute the sour cream for Plain Greek Yogurt. It will give it some more protein and less sodium than the sour cream. Seriously, yummy!
