Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I was looking for a hollandaise that was traditional but less fat. This looked the most similar while cutting out about half the butter. And it turned out great! It had a strong cream cheese flavour at first but I added more lemon, some cayenne and salt/pepper. Once on the eggs and ham, perfect!
