Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I guess I was thinking about a sandwich bread. This was okay but high in calories for what you get.

Also tried to make stuffing with it. By adding the broth to moisten the stuffing it broke the bread down and it became unpleasant gooey. I had to throw it away after that fiasco.
