Love this is all fresh ingredients but if the recipe is for four servings it would be one avocado per serving which would make the calorie count more than double indicated.
I think the calorie count and fat count might be off. If you use 4 avocados and divide the recipe into 4 then each person would be getting a whole avocado. Right? Still healthy!
