Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Had to use a bit more water than the recipie called for because I didn't have a lid to cover my large sauce pan- and I used low fat ricotta cheese. It didn't look very pretty but tasted pretty good- I'm glad to have been able to make it and have food critic friends enjoy it!
My boyfriend and I really liked this--he actually ate 2 servings, though 1 filled me up just fine. I used fat-free ricotta, less mozzarella than called for, and rotini instead of lasagna (because it's what I had on hand). I'll definitely make this recipe again!
Quick, delicious and is adapted easily to include extra veggies, lower fat ingredients for less calories, etc. My family loved it - definately a keeper!
I used low fat ricotta cheese and added a 10 oz. package of frozen spinach to it. Also, I didn't use the whole 8-oz bag of mozzarella...i just sprinkled a thin layer on top of the lasagna. Delicious and much quicker to make than oven lasagna! btw, I did use 2.25 cups of water=18 fluid oz.
Is it really calling for 8 oz (a whole pkg) of mozarella cheese? It seems like the nutritional information would be much higher...just want to make sure that I am reading this correctly.
Easy to make and tasted really good. Next time i think i will use fat free cottage chesse instead of ricotta chese though
