This was a great idea, we really liked them. I cooked mine 30 min on 400, flipping once, which made them super crispy. I did dip mine in egg whites to encourage the breading to stick. Extra protein can't hurt either!
I really enjoyed these. It is great to have an oven "fried" version to cut down on calories! I used different seasonings.
