Great recipe but I cooked it longer- 8hrs on low and was very moist. I served it over noodles with a vegetable. Unfortunately, the nutritional info is not anywhere near correct. I will make this again.
please check the calories on this as a 3 lb roast, serving 4 people can not be 38.7 calories
