I love this low calorie banana nut muffin recipe! Yummy
Great! I made half if this recipe. The muffins rose nicely they were moist and delicious. I substitued witj splenda and beat the egg and sugar together well. I also used twice as many nuts. The only bad thing is this recipe tastes a little bland and i wish i had used some spice such as cinnamon
