Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I prepared this recipe but omitted the cheese to keep the fat content on the lower side.
I don't mind the high fat but what's with wheat berries and corn? Both send blood sugars through the roof.
It is really high in fat. I would cut the cheese down to half the amount and maybe add another veggie. Going to make it this weekend!
